Nora Mohamad was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, after her parents immigrated to Edmonton from Lebanon.
Nora is in her third semester of the Radio and Television program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. She hopes to become an anchor, reporter, or producer after she receives her diploma.
Before starting the Television program at NAIT, Nora completed her Ophthalmic Assistant certificate at NAIT.
Nora decided to pursue a career in the news industry as she is passionate about sharing local stories about her community.
When she is not at school, Nora enjoys spending time with family, cooking, baking, shopping, going to Zumba classes, reading the news, and taking photos of her cat, Zizo.
