Tia Thorp was born in Edmonton, Alberta, and grew up just outside of Ardrossan. She graduated from Archbishop Jordan in 2024 and is now studying in the Radio and Television program at NAIT.
She works part-time with Dome Productions, helping out behind the scenes as a TVA for the Edmonton Oilers and the Elks.
When she’s not busy with school or work, Tia loves spending time with her five pets or out on the golf course, either playing or just enjoying being outside.
She’s passionate about media and getting real-world experience, and she’s excited to keep learning and growing in the world of TV and sports broadcasting.
