Seanna was born in Red Deer, Alberta, and spent time growing up in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, before moving to Edmonton in 2015. She is attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Radio and Television program after changing career paths from Social Work, where she spent 4 and ½ years working in the disability sector. Seanna has always had a strong connection to community, inclusivity, and helping others, which blossomed into exploring her interests in broadcasting. A fun fact about Seanna is that she is named after Seanna Collins, a well-known television and radio personality. Seanna currently works for Corus Entertainment in their promotions/street team role and hopes in the future to anchor the news. She is passionate about animals, having 4 rescue cats at home. Seanna loves cooking and having the opportunity to experience different cultural cuisines. When Seanna is not working or attending school, she enjoys hitting the slopes on her snowboard, creating cocktails, and hosting dinner parties.
