Bri Boucher is a second-year student in NAIT’s Communications and Production program. Born in Fort McMurray, Bri has always had a passion for journalism and storytelling. After receiving her diploma in Broadcast News from SAIT, Bri wanted to expand her skillset and study at NAIT.
After completing a practicum with Windspeaker Media in March of 2024, Bri was offered summer employment and worked as a Community Reporter for four months. She conducted interviews, wrote and recorded radio news stories, and took photographs of various events throughout the Edmonton area.
Bri has also worked in social media promotions, serving as a social media content creator for the 2024 Alberta Native Hockey Provincial Tournament. Her responsibilities included creating social media posts and conducting interviews with athletes, coaches, and staff.
In her free time, you can find Bri watching UFC, spending time with her dog Zeena and watching her brothers play hockey.
