Steven Leong joined the Radio and Television program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in January of 2023. He was born and raised in Alberta’s capital city, Edmonton.
A current third-semester television student, Steven dreams of working in the sports industry, telling local compelling stories.
While not at school, Steven hits the gym and trains as a competitive curler. He competed at Nationals, representing Alberta at the 2022 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. In his downtime, you can catch Steven watching the Edmonton Oilers, Atlanta Falcons and Toronto Blue Jays. He also loves playing anything Mario on his Nintendo Switch.
