Adam Dalke is too old. It's not his fault. He spent the better part of his twenties having no idea what he would do with his life. In 2021, after six years of working at various liquor stores and sleeping on different family members' couches, he decided to pursue a real career and applied for NAIT's Radio and Television program. He did not get in. He did, however, get in the next year and began an academic journey that is still ongoing. Adam now spends his days writing news reports and trying not to think about how he is nearly a decade older than most of the other students he goes to school with, ignoring how the long march of time is slowly catching up with him every time a literal teenager who is now his peer says "lit," or "spill the tea." When not doing school work, Adam works for Harvard Media as a street teamer, setting up tents and tables for radio personalities who are much more important than him.
