How to make simple everything but the kitchen sink rice

Everything but the kitchen sink rice is an easy dish to make that consists of lots of ingredients you probably already have in your house. There’s no wrong way to make it, which is the fun part.
You’ll want to gather whatever vegetables you have in your fridge. Usually, I use broccoli, frozen peas, corn, green onions, carrots, and sprouts.
Once your veggies are cut up, and you’ve got your rice made, you’ll want to start heating a pan with about a tablespoon or two of oil. Start by adding in your veggies to make sure they get cooked through properly.
After that, you’ll want to add in a couple of eggs. Make sure to continuously move them around, so they don’t burn to the bottom of the pan. Once they look like scrambled eggs, you can add in your cooked rice. Keep stirring.
For the sauce you’ll need (there’s no right amount, it all depends on what you like and how much rice you have):
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp salted wine vinegar
2 minced cloves of garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
A dash of ginger powder
Dump the sauce over the rice, stir it together one last time, and you’ve got yourself everything but the kitchen sink rice.
