Did you know you don’t need weights or the gym to build your strength? You can gain more strength right in the comfort of your home. You can do this in five minutes or even half an hour. You can designate a time for practicing a yoga flow. Not only can you build your strength, but you can improve your flexibility too. No equipment is needed. However, if you have access to a yoga mat, this can be useful. As well as, yoga blocks can help with flexibility and reach in certain poses. 

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an exercise. It can be seen as more of an intense stretching. How much better does your body feel after taking a little stretch in the morning while just lying in your bed? If you have access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or smartTV, you can easily access instructional yoga flow videos to follow along, whether it be a live stream class or a video on YouTube. Many yoga instructors make these easily accessible for at-home use. If you can make it a priority to practice at least once or twice a day, you will progressively see your strength and flexibility improve. If it is in your schedule to try a sunrise and sunset flow, in the morning and before bed. This is a positive way to start and end your day. This can be a minimum of five minutes or as long as time permits in your daily schedule. Daily practices prove as most effective to see results due to consistency.
