NAIT to host Fall Hiring Fair 2025

NAIT is hosting the Fall Hiring Fair on October 15, 2025. About 60 employers are attending the fair that will run from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at NAIT’s CAT building (Feltham Centre).
“Something that makes our hiring fair special is that it is not a career fair,” said Jacob Caley, Career Education Coordinator in the Department of Student Life at NAIT. “Every employer who comes must have active job postings. So, they are actively recruiting.”
The event will offer opportunities for students, recent alumni and employers to connect. Students and alumni will meet employers that are hiring and interviewing for open positions. The event focuses on new graduates, current students, including co-op and apprentice or trade positions.
“Lots of these employers know that they are going to get fresh graduates with not a ton of industry experience,” Caley said. “So, don’t be afraid, don’t be shy, be brave, be true to yourself and go meet some fantastic employers that are here to support NAIT and our students.”
Healthcare employers like CGI Group Inc., Manitoba’s Health Care Retention and Recruitment Office and Saskatchewan Health Authority will attend. Students seeking trade, engineering, and co-op placements can connect with companies such as EPCOR Utilities Inc., PCL Constructors Inc. and Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. The Government of Alberta will also be recruiting for the Alberta Public Service.
