They’ve announced the tuition freeze will extend one more year leaving many students and student organizations concerned with what is to come. Many speculate a sharp increase in tuition once the freeze is over while some groups hope for guidelines around gradual increases.
A new outlet mall near the Edmonton International Airport is under construction. A job fair for more than sixty retailers draws job seekers to fill over 1,500 positions. The retail facility hopes to expand economic output in Leduc County.
